I’m Liz and I love to bake. Growing up, chocolate chip cookies were my favorite treat and I spent many a day packing the brown sugar into the cup measure just so. These days, I still make a mean chocolate chip cookie, but I’ve expanded to cakes, pies and other tasty treats. I love to try new bakes all the time and will bring them to be taste-tested at whatever social gathering I’ve been invited to. I hold a master’s degree in biomedicine, which is surprisingly useful as a baker. Not only does it help with calculating all my ingredients and understanding the science of baking, but I’m also well versed in allergies and food intolerances. As such, I’m happy to accommodate most dietary requests.
